Delete a category
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Categories -> View All Category
Scroll to the category that you want to delete
Click on the delete button in the Action column
Popup will appear asking Are you sure?, press Yes, delete it! button if you want to delete it, otherwise press No, cancel! button
Set up Categories
Create a category
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Categories -> Add Category
Set title
Select background image
Select parent category
Set category name
Set description
Set thumbnail icon
Set category image
Optionally you can also set meta tags for this category
Set meta title
Set meta description
Set author's name
Set meta keywords
Click on the submit button
Update a category
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Categories -> View All Category
Scroll to the category that you want to update
Click on the edit button in the Action column
Update information as per your requirements
Click on the Update button
Optionally you select specific categories to which this coupon discount will be applied
Set Applied to Category field to Selected
Select categories in the Applied Categories field
Optionally you select specific products to which this coupon discount will be applied
Set Applied to Products field to Selected
Select products in the Applied Products field
Set terms and conditions
Set status to active if you want to enable this coupon otherwise select inactive
Click on the submit button
Update a coupon
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Coupons -> View All Coupons
Scroll to the coupon that you want to update
Click on the edit button in the Action column
Update information as per your requirements
Click on the update button
Delete a coupon

From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Coupons -> View All Coupons
Scroll to the coupon that you want to delete
Click on the delete button in the Action column

Create a coupon
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Coupons -> Add Coupon
Set title
Set coupon type to Flat Rate or Percentage as per your requirements
Set value of coupon in percent if Percentage selected as coupon type otherwise set it in normal currency
Set coupon code (ex. SAVE10)
Set start date from when this coupon will be applicable
Set expiry date of the coupon
Optionally you can set a minimum order amount to avail this coupon discount
Set the Minimum Order field to Yes
Set minimum order amount
Set how many times this coupon can be used in the Maximum Total Used field
Set how many times a single user can use this coupon in the Maximum Used Per User field
Optionally you select specific users who can avail this coupon discount
Set Applied to User field to Selected
Select users in the Applied Users field
Update a voucher
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Voucher / Services -> View All Vouchers
Scroll to the voucher that you want to update
Click on the edit button in the Action column
Update information as per your requirements
Click on the Update button
Delete a voucher
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Voucher / Services -> View All Vouchers
Scroll to the voucher that you want to delete
Click on the delete button in the Action column

Adding Vouchers
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Voucher / Services -> Add Voucher / Services
Set title in Promo Display Name field
Set description in Promo Listing Summary field
Set shortcode
Select promo type label to Instore or Online Store or Direct or Lead as per your requirement
Select promo code type
Select single if this voucher has only one common code
Select multiple if this voucher has multiple codes and upload voucher codes in CSV format
Set promo membership type
Select included if this voucher will be available to the members who subscribed to a specified plan
Select Excluded if you want to sell this voucher independently at a specified price
Set limit per person
Select categories
Select brand
Set voucher action button text in Promo Button Text field
Set voucher image
Set voucher thumbnail image
Set terms and conditions
Set status to active if you want to enable this voucher otherwise select inactive
Optionally you can also set meta tags for this voucher
Click on the submit button
Click on the + button next to the menu item in which you want to add a new sub-item
Fill title, custom link, and select page
Click on the Save button
Updating menu items
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Content -> Navigation Menu -> Header or Footer
Scroll to the item that you want to change
Update information as per your requirements
Click on the Save button
Changing menu position
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Content -> Navigation Menu -> Header or Footer
Scroll to the item that you want to reposition
Click on the ✥ and drag the item to a new position
Click on the Save button
Removing menu items
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Content -> Navigation Menu -> Header or Footer
Scroll to the item that you want to remove
Click on the X button
Click on the Save button
Headers & Footers
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Content -> Navigation Menu -> Header or Footer
Click on Add Menu button (a new menu item will be added at the end of the stack)
Change title
You can provide a custom link or you can leave it empty if you don't have any special requirements
Select the page that you want this link to point to
Click on the Save button
Adding sub-items
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Content -> Navigation Menu -> Header or Footer
Set up Products
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Products -> Add a product
Add Name, Category, Brand, Category, SKU, Price and other details
You can also add SEO meta data for the product
Cllick Save

Under Configuration, go to SEO and then click on Sitemap
Click on Regenerate Sitemap
Robots
Under Configuration, go to SEO and then click on Robots Settings
Click on Get default robots.txt
Click Save after the text has been generated
Add Facebook Pixel to your website
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to My Shopespot Membership -> Configuration -> SEO -> Facebook Pixel
Paste the Facebook Pixel code that you copied from Facebook Console
