Staff Roles
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Staff -> Add Role
Set title
Set description
Select permissions that you want to assign to this role
Set status to active if you want to enable this staff role otherwise select inactive
Click on the submit button
Update a staff role
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Staff -> View Staff Roles
Scroll to the staff role that you want to update
Click on the edit button in the Action column
Update information as per your requirements
Click on the update button
Delete a staff role
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Staff -> View Staff Roles
Scroll to the staff role that you want to delete
Click on the delete button in the Action column
Popup will appear asking Are you sure?, press Yes, delete it! button if you want to delete it, otherwise press No, cancel! button
Update a staff member
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Staff -> View All Staff Members
Scroll to the staff member that you want to update
Click on the edit button in the Action column
Update information as per your requirements
Click on the update button
Delete a staff member
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Staff -> View All Staff Members
Scroll to the staff member that you want to delete
Click on the delete button in the Action column
Popup will appear asking Are you sure?, press Yes, delete it! button if you want to delete it, otherwise press No, cancel! button
Create a staff member
Steps:
From your Shopespot admin, go to Components -> Staff -> Add Staff Member
Select staff role, set first name, set last name, set phone number, set email address, set password and confirm password, Set profile picture
Set status to active if you want to enable this staff member otherwise you can select inactive
Click on the submit button
