Create email campaign

Steps:
  • From your Shopespot admin, go to Marketing -> Email Campaigns

  • Click on the + button on top right corner

  • A popup will appear

  • Select email template

  • You will be redirected to the Add Email Campaign page

  • Select member group

  • Set email subject

  • Modify email content based on your needs

  • Select send type to:

    • Manual: if you want to send emails immediately or manually

    • Scheduled: if you want to schedule emails at specific date and time

    • Event: if you want to send emails based on following events:

      • Discount reminder, new purchaser, repeat purchaser, review request, lapsed purchaser, blog post announcement

  • Click on the Submit button

Steps:
  • From your Shopespot admin, go to Marketing -> Member Groups -> Add Member Group

  • Set group name

  • Set status to active if you want to enable this member group otherwise select inactive

  • Optionally you can filter members

    • Click on the Apply Filter button

    • A popup for applying filters will appear

    • Check the checkbox next to the filter that you want to apply

    • Set value for the filter

    • Set comparison type if required

    • Click on the Apply button

  • Select members that you want to add to this group

  • Click on the Submit button.
